The Harari Method
Bodywork that listens before it works
Edan Harari's own system of body therapy for physical and psychosomatic pain, built to ease tension and help restore emotional balance. Gentle, principle-based and shaped around you.
Intuition and principles, not protocols
The Harari Method is the name Edan gives to his therapeutic process. He developed it over years of practice across manual therapy and somatic touch therapies, combining the techniques he found most effective into one system.
Rather than chasing symptoms, the work looks for the patterns underneath them: in the soft tissue, the joints, the fascia and the nervous system. There is no fixed routine. Every session is designed around what your body needs that day, and the body is invited to release rather than forced.
What the method works with
01 · STRUCTURE
Muscles, joints and alignment
Osteopathic-based techniques release tension, knots and adhesions in the muscles, and gently realign and mobilize the joints.
02 · FASCIA
Connective tissue
John F. Barnes Myofascial Release uses sustained, gentle pressure to help the fascia unwind long-held restrictions and pain patterns.
03 · NERVOUS SYSTEM
Stress and stored emotion
Many clients settle into a deep, almost dreamlike state of relaxation, where held tension and emotion can surface and release.
What happens in a session
1 - We talk
Together we map where you feel discomfort, tension and pain, and where you feel comfort and ease of movement.
2 - We scan
Edan scans your whole body for restrictions in the soft tissue and joints, not only where it hurts
3 - Hands-on work
Gentle movement, specific positioning, sustained compression and subtle contact. When it helps, joint mobilization and spinal decompression through AcroKinetic Mobilization, Edan's gravity-based technique.
4 - We plan
We discuss what continuing would look like, and simple tools to use between sessions.
